Price: $1200 USD (excluding shipping and handling) The price of a Chris Chan Wooden Dummy is $1,200 if picked up in San Francisco. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply if forwarded to another destination. It would be shipped from San Francisco. The wooden dummy is handcrafted in mainland China out of Chinese "Lau Jau Mook" - a rare very hard and dense wood from a southern province in China. This wood is well known for being used to make coffins for rich people in China because of it's hardness, heavy density, and natural resistance to rotting and insects. The dummy is a solid piece, not laminated wood. The leg and arms are also crafted of the same wood. The leg is one piece - not jointed. The weight of the entire dummy assembly is somewhere around 125-150 lbs. This weight varies with the density of each trunk as each one comes from a different part of the tree (top versus bottom). The specifications of the dummy are Grandmaster Chan's own unique design and differ slightly from the standard dummies available on the market today. We do not necessarily offer a warranty as there is really none needed when you see the quality of the wood and craftmanship. However, if you have any damaged pieces upon receipt, it will be replaced immediately. We would also ship the dummy insured so there should never be any problem.
