Adults Classes:
MON& WED: 7:30pm to 9:30pm
SAT: 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Kids Classes:
SAT: 10:30am - 12:00pm

Private Lessons:
By appointment only
Individual or small groups available as well

New Students: just come 30 minutes before the sessions to sign-in. Casual gym attire. Bring water and a workout towel.
